At approximately 7:30 pm in the evening on Oct. 3, 2010 an SUV struck a sign post in the parking lot of of Walmart on St Hwy 30. There was considerable damage to the front end of the vehicle.  It was driven from the scene by the owner.  An occupant in the vehicle and a young child was checked out by HVFD EMS and personnel from GAVAC.  The NYS Police and the Montgomery County Sheriff's department investigated.

Damage can be seen to front of the vehicle where it hit the sign post.
